You can bookmark within the traditional HTML-based courses by clicking the exit button when finished with your course session (there is no need to create a browser favorite). Using the pause button within a Business Skills Video course allows you to save your place for the next session.

What is CAL Online Training?
Online Training is an incredible, effective, Internet-based training solution offered by online learning center. These online learning subscriptions are perfect for training in your home, your office or remote locations. In fact, online learning center’s online courses are available in any location where you have internet access.
Where do classes take place?
CAL Online Learning Center's online training courses take place wherever your computer is: at home, at work, on the road -- anywhere you can connect to the Internet.
Will I need to buy and learn to use complicated software?
These courses are completely web-based. There is no additional software that you need to buy. The courses are designed for online learning and allow anyone with even basic computer skills to be taking courses in minutes.
What CAL Online Learning offers?
We offer Internet-based, HTML designed general, business, and technical courses complete with online course glossaries and master index listing. Instructional steps, simulations, exercises, and practice files are also part of the course which are needed to greatly enhance retention, increase students’ level of involvement, and keep the material fresh and exciting. Downloadable PDF files are also included for extra practice.
When and how do i access my course?
After we have received and verified your payment, we shall send an email containing your username and password. You can immediately start accessing the course by logging in www.caleducation.net
What requirements do I need to access the course?
All you need is an Internet browser(Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) for online learning Internet access. For schools and companies, please contact us at 8934818 loc 106 and look for jowell or email us at jagoncillo@caleduc.com.

How do I take a course?
With Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, go to http://www.caleducation.net and click the "Course Login" link on the left side of the screen. Please bookmark this location in your browser.
Can I take these courses on my Macintosh computer?
We do not formally support our courseware on the Macintosh platform. If you choose to try to use the courses on a Macintosh, you need to be aware that they will not have full functionality, specifically within the Authorware simulations and the supplied files. However, if you are a Macintosh user and make use of a Windows emulator, Authorware simulations and supplied files may function. Since we do not test with Macintosh or Windows emulators, we cannot guarantee our courses on the Macintosh platform.
What modem speed is recommended for these courses?
The courses play well through 56 KB modems. Of course, play is faster as connection speeds increase. The traditional HTML-based courses are designed for highly efficient, real-time presentation with an average page size under 20 K. The Business Skills Video courses use streaming media at a rate of 15 Frames Per Second. The media is sent in a continuous stream and is played as it arrives rather than waiting for the complete file to download.
What kind of computer setup must I have to take the HTML-based courses?
The following are the minimum user system requirements necessary to enjoy maximum access to the HTML-based courses:

200MHz Pentium with 32MB Ram. 640 x 480 256-color video (800x600 is recommended). Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, or XP Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher required. An Authorware plug-in is used for course simulations but is not required to run the courses. It can be installed the first time you take a course by following the instructions shown on the Web page. The Macromedia Flash Player is used for course introductions and activities, but is not required to run the courses. It can be installed the first time you take a course by following the instructions shown at login. Netscape and AOL browsers are not supported.
